Pet Boarding Agreement

This agreement is made between FurLab Pet Hotel, Grooming & Café and the pet owner for pet boarding services.

1. The owner confirms that the pet is healthy and free from contagious diseases.
2. Updated vaccination records must be provided prior to boarding.
3. FurLab is authorized to seek veterinary care in case of emergency. Any veterinary expenses incurred shall be shouldered by the owner.
4. FurLab will not be liable for illness, injury, escape, death, or unforeseen incidents beyond reasonable control.
5. Pets dropped off after 5:00 PM is considered an overnight stay and charged accordingly.
6. Owners must disclose any aggression, medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns before check-in.
7. 50% of the boarding fee must be settled upon check-in, with the remaining balance due upon check-out.
8. Personal belongings left with the pet are the owner's responsibility.
9. FurLab reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the pet poses a risk to staff or other pets.
