This agreement is made between FurLab Pet Hotel, Grooming & Café and the pet owner for pet grooming services.

1. The owner confirms that the pet is fit and healthy for grooming services.
2. FurLab shall not be held liable for any pre-existing medical or skin conditions aggravated during grooming.
3. Matted pets may require shorter haircuts for safety and comfort. Additional dematting fees may apply.
4. Grooming may expose hidden skin irritations, wounds, ticks, fleas, or other conditions.
5. FurLab will exercise reasonable care during grooming. However, grooming equipment may occasionally cause minor irritation, especially on sensitive or matted areas.
6. Aggressive or difficult pets may require additional handling fees or service refusal.
7. Any emergency veterinary treatment required during grooming shall be at the owner's expense.
8. Payment must be settled after grooming services are completed.
